Home Effective July 1, 2013, Paratransit Services, the Gold Country LIFT will be providing paratransit services in western Nevada County. (This service was formerly provided by Telecare.) We are excited to be providing this service and look forward to providing safe, professional transportation services to those we serve. It is a shared-ride public transportation service for people who are unable to access the fixed route bus due to a disability or disabling health condition. The service area, hours and fares remain the same.
